What a con a reconditioned MacBook Pro that smelled of spray paint and a very dodgy silver sticker covering all of the body, yet it's reconditioned as like you can get from Curry's, and I have had with no problems, but this is a new level in reconditioned, dints in it all over, smelling of spray paint, and a non-genuine Apple power plug that seemed very cheap and hollow; don't think I would have dared plug it in, very slow performance as it's a very old model, and it will not connect to my Wi-Fi too, total con, total rip-off on both sides.

Secondly, they never state on Wowcher it's a computer company called Orion Computers.co.uk that is selling them, and check this: 'YOU' have to pay the return post back, you should not have to. All you get in the way of return is a printed address on a piece of paper and never stated it's another £12.00 for Royal Mail delivery after you pay for the laptop. Again, beware, macOS Tahoe (also known as macOS 26) will not run on it.

If you are purchasing from a business, the answer is NO. The Distance Selling Regulations in the UK, online purchases, state that in the event that a product is found to be faulty, you are able to reject the goods and return them to the seller at the seller's expense. This is something the seller cannot object to.

Please, buyers, be aware of the sleight of hand when buying off Wowcher that you may receive not fit for purpose goods and YOU have to pay the return cost, or they try and make you, even though you do not in the UK.

Wowcher Hidden Part ...

The merchant will assess the returned product. If appropriate, the merchant will instruct Wowcher to refund the order, and you will receive a refund confirmation email from Wowcher within 14 days from the date you returned the item. If you indicated you would like an exchange, the merchant will contact you to arrange this if possible.

And if you go on Orion Computers' website, it states Free Delivery. So why do you have to pay £12.00? Another Rip Off...

Looks like they are a set of untrained, unschooled businesses with no after-sales whatsoever and never answer emails.

God knows how they run a business like that, conning everybody with the utter rubbish they sell ...

Do Not Buy a MacBook Off Wowcher ...

Wowcher is just as bad; do they not get in the UK you do not pay for the return post under The Distance Selling Regulations, now largely encompassed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

The label the so-called business sends has NO postage stamp on it, just a name. Do they think you are thick?

What a con! You did not buy it off us; another platform (Fob Off) it is not disclosed on the website when selling them, is it? Just passing the buck, and it is unlawful trading and misadvertisement. You just don't want to take responsibility for the rubbish getting sold. I have contacted you - Orion Computers - 5 times to no avail ... and the label has no postage stamp on it, and it should under -

I did not buy it off you 'but' you supplied it, and I have to return it to 'you'...
